1. Agreement

By purchasing or using the Realtor Sheets Bundle ("Product"), you agree to these Terms of Service. The Product is a collection of Google Sheets templates sold by Pomkatsu LLC ("we," "us," "our"), a Texas limited liability company.

2. License

Upon purchase, you receive a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the templates for your own real estate business.

You MAY:

  • Use the templates for your personal or business use
  • Modify and customize the templates for your needs
  • Make copies for backup purposes

You may NOT:

  • Resell, redistribute, or share the templates with others
  • Include the templates in products you sell
  • Claim the templates as your own creation
  • Remove any branding or attribution

3. Delivery

After purchase, you will receive access to the templates via a Google Drive link. You are responsible for making copies of the templates to your own Google account. We guarantee link access for at least 30 days from purchase. After this period, we may reorganize files without notice.

4. Refund Policy

We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee. If you are unsatisfied with the Product for any reason, contact us within 30 days of purchase for a full refund. Refunds are processed through the original payment platform (LemonSqueezy or Etsy).

To request a refund, email pomkatsuapp@gmail.com with your order number.

5. Disclaimer

The templates are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the templates will meet your specific requirements or that they are error-free. The templates are tools to help organize your business—they do not constitute financial, legal, or professional advice.

You are responsible for verifying all calculations and data entered into the templates.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Pomkatsu LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Product. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the Product.

7. Changes

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Product after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, United States.
